East Fife Triathlon club is a long standing club founded in 1996 by a group of enthusiastic local athletes. 2021 marked the clubs 25th Anniversary. The founding members included current chairman Alasdair Hood, Fiona Lothian and Louise Burt. Fiona Lothian in 1995  won the ITU world duathlon series.  Fiona is a member of the triathlon hall of fame and has made a huge contribution to triathlon and East Fife Triathlon Club. Another founding member, Louise Burt still serves as a club coach.

 

The highly admired  junior section of the club was established in 2016 by Elise Methven and has fast become one of the top junior clubs in Scotland.​​
